"The place is very comfortable - they even have a long bathtub (which is very important for tall guests :) ). It is also quiet and somehow isolated from neighbors - very good if you want some rest from people. The beach and parks are in a short driving distance. Also you can get to Lincoln city from back road, avoiding the traffic on 99. "
