"An amazing experience in a charming town. We loved The Bell Inn and all its rich and fascinating history. The rooms were great and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food at the Inn restaurant was great and if you like blue cheese this is the place to try their famous Stilton Blue Cheese.We had our Saint Bernard with us and everyone catered to our dog as if she was there own. "This was a stop-off for us on our way to visit our Grandson in Suffolk. The hotel was very clean including our double room. Our only criticism was that we were told at checkin that breakfast was served up to 11am. We went down at 10:15 only to be told that they stopped at 10:00 but that they could provide pastries which wasn't what we wanted or paid for. That being said, the Duty Manager was very good and arranged a refund straight away. Great location for access to the City !"
