"AVOID at all costs! Hotel offers airport transfer - I messaged 3 times, not only did no one come to the airport they had no booking (despite pre paymen) 3 am, not expected, boy that didn’t speak English, more than terrible! Eventually given a filthy room, you wouldn’t put a dog in it! The door didn’t shut let alone lock! Couldn’t even buy a bottle of water, no restaurant as advertised, no breakfast. Absolutely the worst. NOT FIT FOR HUMANS "

"The place is in good location. The room wasn't super clean, staff is nice but not very attentive, could benefit from more training. Overall the place seems run down and not taken care off. Big cockroach also visited my bedroom. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Overall I think place needs to be managed better. "

"Great option for outside Colombo. We arrived on a late night flight, and only about 30min drive from the airport. The property is positioned well with a variety of restaurants and shops around. The pools were great, long enough to do a few morning laps. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options, and nice looking out over the beach. "

"Quiet area quite far from the heart of Negombo, didn’t feel the safest here as a solo traveller. Staff were happy to help me with a transfer from the airport quite late at night which was nice. Breakfast included is quite basic. "

"Lovely hosts giving you a truely personal experience. Access to next hotel's pool is a nice touch. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. Be aware of beach salesmen. Would recommend this hotel."
