"Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. "I was given details of a specific flat with entry to obtain the keys, panicked when keys weren’t there , quickly told how to obtain spares, when I opened the door there was already someone there. Told they had changed and got the new keys etc. what they don’t tell you is that there a sound alarm so when the arc went loud it tripped this and we got a call. "We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...
