"Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. "Fantastic hotel in Rishikesh. Very clean, big rooms, great service. Pool table and fuseball table on the 4th floor foyer. Lovely roof terrace with views of the surrounding hills. Very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend for families. Only slight issue is make sure to pay in advance or have cash, if you’re and international traveller, as their payment machine doesn’t not accept international cards (credit nor debit). "

"The location advertised was problematic. It also shows it is in Dehradun which is over 30 miles away. For me, this caused problems with my taxi as I wanted to go to Rishikish (it is also advertised being in Rishikesh), whereas the taxi driver complained of it being far away in Dehradun (near Jolly Grant airport)"

A constant upgradation is a must in order to survive this competitive industry.
