"Overall good stay. Fabulous room with view, nice staff, excellent dining! On the downside, road leading to hotel is narrow and dirty! Power keeps going off and on every five minutes. If you are stuck in the lift in that time, you will have rough time. Same goes for water; two days in a row we didn’t have water in the morning! On a rainy day, there was water logging on the stairs. Not acceptable, considering the money you are charging! Remote mountain areas, yes, but for that kind of pricing I do...

"My stay at Lemon Tree was truly wonderful. I was warmly welcomed with a delightful smile, and the kids had an absolute blast. The housekeeping team, including Deepak, Sachin, Suraj, Arjun, Harsh, and Gaurav, took exceptional care of us. The café on the top level offered breathtaking views and a caring staff—Arjun, Harish, Rakhi, Divyanshu, Pakizee, Aasma—and especially Himanshu ensured that the kids were having a great time.
