"The apartment is spacious, has everything you need - but the garden just below the path - wow! The garden has an amazing view of the ocean. It has a beautiful lemon tree to sit under as you enjoy the sunset. We had breakfast and dinner in the garden every day. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"We celebrated our family reunion in this beautiful and comfortable home. The location of the house is outstanding. There is a beautiful view from most of the rooms is the house. The home is comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are very responsive and hospitable. Strongly recommend for families or large groups. Thank you Marina for everything. "Auf den ersten Blick eine tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Berglage oberhalb von Moneglia mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist jedoch sehr zweckmäßig (Wohn-Ess-Raum mit Küche bestehend aus Sofa, Regal, Esstisch, 4 Stühlen), mit Ikea-Möbeln eingerichtet, wenngleich alles Notwendige vorhanden war. Auf den zweiten Blick fehlt es dieser Wohnung an Gemütlichkeit (Beleuchtung, Wohnzimmertisch). Ein riesiger Nachteil ist, dass entgegen der Beschreibung im Inserat, KEIN Parkplatz am Haus zur Verfügung...

Peaceful and quiet, with only the occasional barking of dogs and braying of donkeys to keep us company. Communication with Maurizio was seemless throughout the booking process through to our departure. The home was clean, well appointed and well equipped with all the conveniences of home. "Very peaceful, clean and cozy. A great walk to town where you can enjoy wonderful Italian food made fresh by locals. Easy access to train to be able to enjoy the other wonderful cities nearby. Host was wonderful!"

"Tranquil location, well equipped accommodation with beautiful garden overlooking quiet green valley. Easy drive to Recco as a base for trips by train to Cinque Terre and Portofino. Supermarket & fuel 10 minute drive. Small grocery shop in walking distance along with other scenic walks. The owner Adolfo was very helpful. Highly recommended."

"The people are kind, but the accomodation was far from clean. About everything felt not clean and sticky. Most of the kitchen cabinets were broken. On top of that there was a wasp's nest in the attick, close to the second bed. All things considered we desided to leave."

"They had a big SNAKE in the yard which gave us a super unsafe feeling and we left the property right away. The landlord wasn’t negotiable and responsible about this issue. I don’t recommend this property to anyone…"
