"Booked 3 nights with my husband, two year old, and mother in law. Two separate bedrooms upstairs with large beds and plenty of storage for luggage. Kitchen has everything you need and a washing machine. My favorite was the sitting room with books to choose from and a very comfortable sofa. We particularly enjoyed the location - close to the main square/beach/restaurants etc, but also it felt very 'Italian', it is a very pretty and historic part of town. The apartment itself is fine (it had not been cleaned when we got there, but perhaps we had got our timing confused). "Trotz anfänglichem Stress, weil die Buchung bei der Person, die die Schlüsselübergabe machte, nicht angekommen war, hatten wir wunderschöne Ferien. Die Leute waren sehr nett und entgegengekommend. Auch bei Regenwetter haben wir die Wohnung mit Meerespanorama genossen. Zum Wandern direkt vom Appartement aus ist es nur gegen Moneglia geeignet. Mit dem Auto durch die Tunnels, ist es etwas umständlich. Es hat aber auch seinen Reiz."

"While the property and host were lovely, there were some inaccuracies that hindered our experience. Our main reason for selecting this property was because it listed a hot tub as one of the amenities but it failed to have one. The walking distances listed are also misleading. The walk to the beach is 20 minutes (listing says 4 minutes) and very steep. Doable for us, but always drenched in sweat and out of breath when we returned. "Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. One of the previous reviews mentioned the oven was broken, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a brand new oven which works perfectly. Overall we had a very nice time and...

"Communication was very good. Property was clean and well-maintained. Proximity to beach was outstanding. It's approx. 1/2 mile to train station, and taxis, if you can find one, are not very interested in transporting you (even though we had a traveler with an injury). Plan ahead."
