"Mia at the front desk was excellent. We stayed first for 2 nights, then went on our 12 day Hurtigruten sail, and then returned to Bergen for an additional 4 nights. Mia made it like we were coming back home to family. It is close to the train/bus station and roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the Old Town. Expedia sent the wrong codes for check-in but not a major issue as staff provided the correct digits. (There are no letters in the check-in code)"
