"This was a fairly uniquely designed hotel. The room also were incredibly clean and the staff super friendly. I also like the fact they are pet friendly and don't charge for your pets. As one employee said "we love dogs here!"."

"Staff was excellent! Thanks especially to JoJo for answering my questions, and always having a pleasant smile and attitude and generally being nice and welcoming. The location was just a couple of blocks from the Music City Center making it a perfect place to go to after a long day of conferences. Also nice was that is located near the routes for all of the hop on and hop offs. The only downside is because of the the ease of access, you also did get to enjoy the inebriated singing during parts of the evening! Lastly, being able to wash my clothes before leaving was a bonus and timesaver for when I get back home!"
