It is a wonderful place from which to experience the vibrant city of Auckland. In terms of room for improvement, our mattress was a bit too hard (and I own and Extra Firm mattress at home.) Also, we experienced a poor wifi connnection in our room."

"Spent 6 nights here having arrived from Ireland. The Hotel is very central and just off one of the main shopping street of Queens Street and 10 minute walk down to the ferry port and The Viaduct area. Ok, the bed was a bit hard and the breakfast limited but for the price and location well worth it. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. "
