"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful, comfortable, and especially we liked the heated floors. The bathroom was large with all the amenities needed. The breakfast served had a lot of options, we could order specialty omelet. The restaurant was also cave looking. If we come back in the future, we are going to choose the same property. We loved everything. "

"After visiting Goreme and all the hectic activity, we thought we’d book a hotel away from the main tourist area, so we booked at Ajwa, and have been really impressed by so many aspects of our stay. First up, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The resident artist, Yunus, gave us a tour around his atelier and the hotel’s ceramics collection. The room we stayed in was spotless and stylish with great snacks. We received an early check in, a late check out, which was great. We ate an Iftar set menu in the Zeferan restaurant, which was a fantastic selection of locally grown or sourced produce, and again, the same high level of quality and variety was evident at breakfast. All staff in the restaurant were friendly and made us feel special. We also drank coffee at the Coffee Museum and were impressed by the taste and the range. Also of note was the spa, which was fantastic, with an impressive hammam, steam room and sauna. Ajwa is a hidden gem for anyone wanting a bit of pampering in a relaxed setting. "

"Kelebek turned out to be a great choice of hotel for visiting Goreme. From the moment we arrived the staff, especially Yousef, were really helpful and attentive. We received a room upgrade on arrival and the views from the room’s terrace and all around the property are great. We stayed in a classic cave room, which was fun. A standout feature was breakfast, with one of the best selections and taste I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. The hotel also organized airport transfer, a tour (Green tour), and a hot air balloon ride, all of which were well organized and with great guides and operators. If anyone is after being in the middle of the action and wants to be well looked after, head to Kelebek hotel."

"Beautiful cave hotel. Wonderful friendly staff. Located near the bottom of the hill so easy access although the climb to the top of the hill is essential at least once. The bathrooms have under floor heating - so cosy!! Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend!!!!"

"The views from this hotel are stunning, from the rock formations to the balloon flights. It is close to many restaurants and stores, easy walking distance. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. The staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional. I loved the style of my room with the stone walls. The shower was a bit tricky and the room was a little cold, but the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay!"
