"Almost hate to share what an awesome experience we had so we can keep the place to ourselves . The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed including towels for the pool.You can’t beat the location, just minutes to the beach. The garage is packed with everything you need to enjoy including sand buckets, bikes and even a beach blanket, sand chairs and umbrellas! After the beach daily, we would come back and swim and grill. Really impressed with this gem, we were so sad our stay came to an end! Hosts were very helpful and kind. "

"This place was amazing ing for our family. Modern, clean and beautiful! The owners thought of everything you could need! You just have to bring yourself and clothes! The layout was perfect! We had 2 sets of grandparents with us and they each had a private spacious bathrooms. There was a fun room with bunk beds for the kids. 2 rooms with queens size beds that shared another spacious bathroom. Everyone had their own space. We did most our meals at the house and they had everything we could need. The pool came with pool toys and was spacious and had a relaxing hot tub. We were just minutes from the beach and they had all the beach accessories for us. We were a family of 7 ranging from seniors to a four year old. We have been renting every spring break for many years and this is the best house we have stayed at. Thank you so much to the owners for thinking of all the little and big amenities we could need!"

"Overall Notes: Cute little house with great amenities and great location. Much cuter and more spacious than it looks in pictures. Very private outdoor pool area is fantastic!Highlights:- Communication with owner was excellent.- Plenty of towels and beach gear provided.- Comfortable beds.- Much more spacious than shown in pictures.- Great location in town.Would have given a six star rating if the following were improved:- Cleanliness upon arrival; since this location allows pets we did detect a bit of a dog smell and found some pet hair on the carpet. As non-pet owners this felt a little bit less than clean to us.- Quality of bed linens; pillows were not that comfortable and the sheets did not breathe very well. Could be improved a bit here.- Living Room; furniture felt a bit old and was not that comfortable to live in. Decor amd overall feel in living room was not to the standard of the very cute bedrooms and bathroom.- Pool heat: pool was not to temp when we arrived however the owner helped us get the pool to temp quickly. But it did take away from the experience as we were not able to use the pool comfortably until about 24 hours after arrival. Overall this place is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again!"

"House was very clean and well appointed. Pool was particularly beautiful and great temp even though we had some chilly nights. Location was fantastic to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. "

"The home was really nice and well-appointed. It had High Ceilings, newer kitchen appliances, and a beautiful pool and spa. The home showed a little wear and tear but was overall in great shape. In the backyard, the overhead utilities were a little surprising, but that's how a lot of homes are in SW Florida. The property manager was quick to answer her phone when we had any questions. I would stay here again."
