"Porperty was well maintained and roomy. We fit 8 adults and 6 kids comfortably. Pool was great. Beds comfortable. Hosts answered questions completely and in a timely fashion."

"Overall Notes: Cute little house with great amenities and great location. Much cuter and more spacious than it looks in pictures. Very private outdoor pool area is fantastic!Highlights:- Communication with owner was excellent.- Plenty of towels and beach gear provided.- Comfortable beds.- Much more spacious than shown in pictures.- Great location in town.Would have given a six star rating if the following were improved:- Cleanliness upon arrival; since this location allows pets we did detect a bit of a dog smell and found some pet hair on the carpet. As non-pet owners this felt a little bit less than clean to us.- Quality of bed linens; pillows were not that comfortable and the sheets did not breathe very well. Could be improved a bit here.- Living Room; furniture felt a bit old and was not that comfortable to live in. Decor amd overall feel in living room was not to the standard of the very cute bedrooms and bathroom.- Pool heat: pool was not to temp when we arrived however the owner helped us get the pool to temp quickly. But it did take away from the experience as we were not able to use the pool comfortably until about 24 hours after arrival. Overall this place is a diamond in the rough. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again!"

"The home was really nice and well-appointed. It had High Ceilings, newer kitchen appliances, and a beautiful pool and spa. The home showed a little wear and tear but was overall in great shape. In the backyard, the overhead utilities were a little surprising, but that's how a lot of homes are in SW Florida. The property manager was quick to answer her phone when we had any questions. I would stay here again."

"We stayed at the beginning of March 2025 and had a great time. We worked with Jennifer and she was awesome. The only problem we encounter was the heated pool was turned off and the water was only 75 degrees when we arrived on Saturday. We tuned it on and up and it was till cool Sunday afternoon but swimmable. Sunday night and the rest of the stay it was perfect. We had a 2 year old and the ledge in the pool was perfect for him to play on. We rented a bunch of pool and beach toys and a water table. It fit on that ledge perfect and he had a bunch of fun. The house was great. It worked perfect for our family. The kids bedroom was close to the front door and garage door so we blocked it off at night so the 2 year old would not get out. We went to the beach. There is a parking garage for the beach which we did not know about the first trip but after we found that it was very easy to get to the beach. We did eat at the Buzz's Lighthouse restaurant close to the beach and construction. It is on the back bay and the food was great. We got there around 445pm and we were able to get a seat outside. It was a perfect night. There was a wait list when we were leaving. The house was very clean and the outside living worked great. We would rent it again."
