The access to the beach, the spectacular pools and the ease of getting food made it an absolute delight. The lanai was a particular highlight. Gia is an incredible hostess who envelops everyone who enters her space with warmth. What an incredible addition to our trip. Our entire family was incredibly sad to depart, and we wish with all our hearts we will be able to return!"

"Resort was excellent, cleanliness excellent, available pool and towel system outstanding. Necessities store only mildly overpriced, breakfast buffet way overpriced for what you get. Optional extras are of questionable value...how much are they worth to you? But a lovely property."

"The pics of the beach were very misleading. There are rocks and bay sludge but not a bad view. The best bea h nearby is only 7 minutes by the airport. Staff were amazing!"

"The best place ever! Even though it was a studio it was so beautifully designed and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom accessories. Even beautiful Hawaiian robes were there for us. It's a very friendly place. The garden was the ultimate in beautiful colors and flowers everywhere. "

"I loved the cleanliness, in spite of it being older. It is close to Napili Beach, and it is so convenient to have a kitchen. It is quiet for the most part. One night we heard people being loud, even after quiet hours. That is not the hotel’s fault though. "

"I called, spoke with Hazel and added 1 studio to our existing Expedia reservation. She was efficient and welcoming on the phone creating excitement for our anticipated staycation. Our arrival to Napili Kai was quick, easy, and efficient. Jalin was efficient and accomodating. I asked if we could get a 3rd room and the third room located near our ocean front 2 bedroom and our other studio and she delivered. It was awesome. Very quiet, relaxing, and clean. We had breakfast at Seahouse daily and they were extremely accomodating to our group sizes. They were never the same and always a minimum of 6 and the hostess always said okay to our surprise. We waited 5 minutes each time so they could arrange for our party. Pools were clean and 1 pool and hot tub was next to our 2 bedroom ocean front which made our stay extremely enjoyable. It was our first time staycationing here as a family and we will be back!! Loved every minute of it."
