"The house is great, large, mainly clean and can accommodate 4 couples in bedrooms. Views spectacular and overall a great place to stay. Unfortunately my major concerns: The house is advertised as a 5 bedroom- it is only has 4. There is an additional space with a sofa bed, but it has no door and offers no privacy. We went as 5 couples and it was important that each couple had their own space- this did not happen. The hot tub was dirty and not working properly. The host did send out a repair...

"Overall the place was great and we had an amazing time. The place is very clean, well equipped, and exactly as advertised. The little community of houses is very cute and there were a lot of friendly families around. The proximity to the mini golf was a favorite for our kids. The only call out I will make is that I believe it says an 8 minute walk to the beach but closest public beach (Rathtrevor Beach) is probably a 20+ minute walk for adults.
