"We love this motel, and it is undergoing a major upgrade which was pleasing. Some shabbiness still, with hole in wall and poor floor instal in bathroom and stairs to 2nd floor. But overall very nice bed, bathroom, kitchen and ammenities, decor and fabulous view. Bonus to have free minigolf nearby and beach access. Service was friendly. Excellent value in the off season"

"This waterfront property is convenient to get to. Boardwalk in front along the waterfront makes for a nice walk. Rooms all have a view and the restaurant on the property served great food. Property is kept clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Would stay there again if I return to Vancouver Island."

The service was excellent, Toni especially wowed us with her absolutely lovely service and attitude. She even showed us the best place to park our motorcycles. We even recieved a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful large suite with a view of the cute amusement park across the road, the ocean, and the mountains. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high quality service and a comfortable and convenient location. "
