"The view is breathtaking! If wildlife is what you're after this is the place. Everything from the resident squirrel, hummingbirds, kingfishers, gulls working on swallowing starfish (no easy feat), eagles, lots of different marine birds, seals, river otter, sea lions galore catching dinner right out front, porpoise and a small pod of orca, however, the house does need some TLC."

The little community of houses is very cute and there were a lot of friendly families around. The proximity to the mini golf was a favorite for our kids. The only call out I will make is that I believe it says an 8 minute walk to the beach but closest public beach (Rathtrevor Beach) is probably a 20+ minute walk for adults.
