"Pros: Staff !!! There were so kind and respectful we left like we were VIPs and they treated us like the only guests they had. We have never been treated so well in our vast travels. "I stayed in a deluxe bungalow and sadly had major flight delays taking just over 24 hours later to arrive so only a 2 night instead of 3 night stay, this is a huge shame as the pool area and foyer area are gorgeous and the morning breakfasts very good! The staff were extremely welcoming and if im back in Chiang Rai I would definately rebook and highly recommend!"
