"We had Suite Room B and it was very spacious and well maintained. "I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"We arrive at the Komatsu Airport at 9 PM. The Route-Inn shuttle picked us up a 9:15 PM and took us right to the hotel. The English speaking manager explained to us the details for taking the Route-Inn shuttle to the train station the next day. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had an excellent selection of food. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well."
