I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

とにかく内風呂、露天風呂2つが本当に良かったです！3つのお風呂の温度差があり、使い分けができました。風景が良く、朝日が出るタイミングで入浴でき嬉しかったです。入浴後にドリンクやアイスがあり楽しめました！ホテル周辺にあまり観光はないので、Netflixや YouTubeが見れたら100点でした！また利用したいです！

周辺施設は震災とコロナの影響で寂しいものであった。宿泊施設はとても清潔感もあり、とてもきれいで良く、部屋もとても満足している。残念なのが従業員の接客。車止めの人も空港までの移動方法を全く把握していない。フロントは愛想の無い人に受付され気分を損ねた。ホテルの名前の由来は「ホスピタリティ」人をもてなすところからです。癒しを求めているトラベラーにそこを提供する配慮で必要では？と感じた。
