"The staff were lovely. My partner and I enjoyed the beautiful covered outdoor space. It is located on a very quiet alleyway in a convenient part of town. The rooms were clean, and the shared bathroom was large enough that we never had to wait for anything. The A/C worked great. The included breakfasts were delicious! The walls are very thin so we were able to hear everything going on in the room beside us. Overall, we would stay again and recommend for up to a week."

"Hidden gem in the Old Town neighborhood. Exceptional service, exceptionally beautiful rooms, coffee shop in the basement serves the best coffee you may ever try, and for $3 you can have a plate of crab fried rice from a street vendor next door. Walking distance to some of the best mango sticky rice and phad thai in the city, and for those waking up early the neighborhood morning market is already bustling at 5am. "

"Check in was difficult as the gentleman barely spoke English and instead of checking us in advised us incorrectly to go out of the grounds and come back out. Room wasn’t as descripted (we didn’t get a private balcony). Room wasn’t cleaned whilst we stayed, room was a bit filthy. It was unbelievably hot with only one fan. The big light in the room did not switch off. "

Ideally situated in a quiet area 10 min walk from the grand palace, it offers a few thoughtfully arranged rooms, a few tables for a quiet breakfast. The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. "A lovely traditional Thai house on a quiet street yet very close (walkable) to restaurants and major sites. We enjoyed our morning coffee/tea in the courtyard. Our hosts gave great recommendations for restaurants/entertainment, of course sites too, and organized transportation for day trips. Also tips for our next stop in Chiang Mai! "What a beautiful place to stay! The apartment was clean and the bed and bathroom were excellent. It was located within walking distance of many attractive areas, but the walk was not the most pleasant, but still well located! The staff were very kind and helpful, but spoke no English. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Bangkok, especially at such a cheap cost."
