I take 5 star properties like this to the heart i'm a big four seasons fan but this property was not up to par for four seasons standards, and would way rather stay at mandarin oriental when im in bangkok first off I had my assistant call in day before to make sure of my arrival and any special gifts as most or all four seasons provides to make the propertie feel special. At front desk they were not even aware of his call and said they would call my assistant back but they never did, also the call was recorded from the request of my assistant for me, what a shame there. 2nd at the pool when the staff laid down a very dirty towel for me to rest on was stains all over the towel, also was not provided any pool service had to go out my way to get a staff member to help me that is so not four seasons like. Then the breakfast at riva was the worst breakfast ive had for 5 star hotel in bangkok I was in shock dirty plates everywhere by the food station very dirty I took pictures so would love for management team to reach out to discuss to make sure these things don't happen again I also asked for sesame dressing for my salad which they could not provide even the como hotel in bangkok did that request for my without any hesitation. I also did find 1 hair on my bed when I arrived to the room. I take hospitality very seriously and it makes a big impact on me and future clients in my understanding I was very much in shock to see how bad this hotel was being run made me honestly very sad.
