"Staff were very kind and found me a non-smoking room after I had mistakenly booked a smoking one! Yes, smoking was still allowed on certain floors of the hotel so there was a bit of a smell throughout. The hotel was conveniently located near the tram that goes to the train station and to the Peace Park in Hiroshima. The included breakfast had many options to choose from. I walked to the hotel from the train station when I first arrived ~22 mins. "

"Room was fantastic. Everything was great I can’t really complain. Beautiful location and near everything. My only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable, so much so I had to knock it down to a 4 star. Other then that it was great!"

"It seems like everything was new and/or recent renovated. If you’re looking to save some money, stay here. I couldn’t imagine 2 people actually staying in the bunk bed room though (I stayed solo). "

"The location was super convenient for everything we wanted to do in Hiroshima. It was incredibly comfortable especially considering the price point. The staff were very helpful when we needed to print some Shinkansen tickets. The room, while still small, was still far more spacious than our other big city stays. Great size and layout. We also loved the bathroom. Definitely would stay here again. "
