"This property is fantastic. Exactly as advertised a small cottage just across the street from the beach. Full well appointed kitchen, small eating table, and a nice roomy sitting area. Great for two adults and a couple of dogs."

"This rustic but cute cottage pretty much sits in the middle of the Outer Banks and was perfect for us to travel throughout the four days we were there from one end to the other. We just needed to walk down the road about six houses to access the beach. Be sure to take your own bedding and linens. (Or pay $40 to have them supplied). There is no ocean view but you certainly could hear it. Our dog enjoyed the front porch. Parking was just in front of the house. Don’t rent if you can’t do steps. "

"Property was just as described. Great location. Property owner is quick to respond. Close to beach access and fishing access. It is warmer on the 2nd floor so I would recommend a portable a/c for the warmer months. Would definitely rent again."
