--SEA GULL COTTAGE--is located Ocean Front at Mile post 17.5 on the Beach Road in lovely South Nags Head.

Perfect for your family or group. Sea Gull has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps up to 20 people on three levels.

A golden sandy beach kissed by the Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk on our private wooden walkway.

On The top floor, you will find the Master bedroom with King bed and full bath. You will also be able to access the Screened in porch and Deck with steps leading to your Private Pool and short walk to the Beach.

Your fully equipped kitchen has extra amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, a Crockpot, Blender, Mixer, Seafood Steamer pot! There is all you need to keep your hungry family happy!

Just threw a passage way just off the kitchen and dining area you will come to the new game room. This is where you will find the pool table and board games.

Off the game room, is a large covered porch with furniture for outside dining as well.

The airy living room is equipped with Comfortable furnishings and a 65 inch SMART TV with DVD player and cable.
For private viewing, there are Smart TV's in each bedroom. (TV's in bedroom's do not have cable. They are only for streaming.)

Enjoy your Private Swimming Pool. It's a Great place to unwind without the Inconvenience of Sand.(Pool opens March 25 and Closes October 31)

Outside is a charcoal grill and a Fully Enclosed Shower.

There is even has a fenced in area for your furry family!

While you are here, Be Sure to Slow Down and View Our Famous Outer Banks Sunrises and Sunsets!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. During the summer season, this house has a Saturday check in day. Please enter your request dates accordingly.*
2. College students and anyone 27 or younger considered on a "case by case' basis. If you are under the age of 27, you must submit an inquiry first. You are not allowed to "Instant Book".
*NO Underage Renters Will Be Allowed during June, July, and August.*
3. PET FEES and other optional items are NOT INCLUDED in price, but Can be Added . See below.

1. Evacuation Fee(5% of your total) will refund any days missed because of evacuation.

We loved the house!

Beautiful family vacation
Family vacation in Nags head was perfect. The house was able to accommodate a lot of people. The close proximity to shops, restaurants, and fun family activities was great. Being on the beach was definitely a plus. Thank you for letting us make memories here

We had such a wonderful time...
Even though it was stormy it was a great time! There was plenty of room for all our people and 6 dogs! I loved the porches and having the fenced in place was wonderful for the dogs! The beach was just a short walk away with a walk way for most of the way. The pool was great with plenty of seating area for those good pool days.

Beautiful sunrises!
Easy walk to the beach and the house was very nice. I only wish one of the patios faced the beach. The only one that did was screened in and sat low so there was no view. The nicest balcony faced the parking lot. The pool was lovely and we were in a perfect location.

Perfect week on the beach
We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect. I enjoyed seeing the sunrise every morning from the back deck. There was plenty of room for all of us and the multiple decks gave everyone there space to read a book, do yoga or listen to music! Great experience!

EXCELLENT PROPERTY! FABULOUS WEEKEND
Stayed for the weekend of my Birthday. Location was great as its oceanfront with a quick walk to the beach. This is an older house but for the most part well kept. Kids loved the pool table. My only complaint would be that its loud having the pool table up on the top floor but i see why they did it to get more beds in the house. Have been going to the Outer Banks for years and love it down there. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving get-away
We had seven adults, four children, and a dog and we loved being a short walk from the beach. Our beds were very comfortable. The kitchen could use a sofa table behind the sitting area for food prep and snacks so we moved the small back porch table in and we're all set.

The property is understated. It has the essentials and is no frills. The location, amount of space, and general feel make it a suitable and relaxing experience. It’s simply a nice, peaceful way to experience OBX. The friendliness of the staff is a plus!

Perfect House -- Amazingly clean
Everything about this house was perfect from location to cleanliness. I am a clean freak and it was spotless. House was well outfitted too with everything you need in the kitchen to extra blankets. Will rent again. Manager was super responsive. Highly recommend.

A nice beach house for price
It was a nice place with lots of room. It was good for a beach week of sand and swimming. Outside of building and cosmetics were in need of some repairs. But overall it was fine.

Great location
Location can’t be beat. Communication with the property manager was clear and easy. The house is very comfortable. It seems to still be undergoing some renovation but what’s done is really nice. One challenge we had was that sand had blown over the walkway so access to the beach wasn’t as easy as it could be. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway
Renting the property was incredibly easy. The house was perfect for the amount of people staying. My only issues were the beds and the wooden steps and walkways. They were all very uncomfortable. The walkways were sketchy. I avoided using the back steps as much as possible but the front felt more secure. Overall I had a great week and enjoyed the views and the pool. Having our own access was also a plus! Definitely would recommend this place.
