"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "Place is a 10/10. Whole staff is awesome. Breakfast is very good. Rooms were great, especially with the ac. Water pressure in the shower is a bit weak but thats the onlly negative. The pool and bars are great. Its about a 10 min ride to the town on a trike and about 40 pesos a person. Its a great place to stay, you wont be disappointed."
