"This hotel is an easy walk from the Shinkansen station on the quiet side of the station. While there are no restaurants on this side, it is an easy walk through the station for food and other items. The hotel lobby is nice and the breakfast is a good business hotel type option with both Japanese and Western cuisine. The tub and shower were great."

"Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy. Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly. However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before."
