"The staff were friendly and helped us several times. They booked two fun excursions for us. The onsite restaurants is outdoors under a roof right in the beach. The food was very tasty and affordable. The front office/reception desk is open 7 am to 7 pm only, so be careful not misplace your room key. You could end up sleeping on the beach! Not the worst thing that could happen, I suppose. It is beautiful there."

"I needed a very quiet break with a beautiful beach and pools to relax in - and Centara Villas was the perfect choice. From the moment I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle, to checking in in the beautiful lobby with a cool drink, to checking out and getting a hug from one of the lovely front desk staff, Centara delivered exceptional service, luxury and beauty everywhere. My first villa had a private pool but two twin beds, not a king. The front desk offered a different villa with a pool and a king bed on my second night, and it was even more beautiful than the first with a view of the ocean from the pool. The spa was beautiful and traditional, with gracious staff who gave me my first Thai massage. It was truly a unique and very relaxing experience. The food was very good and the restaurant was so beautiful, next to the ocean. The staff could be slow at the restaurant sometimes, but whenever I asked for something it was taken care of quickly. The lush surroundings of tropical plants and birds as you walk through the village of villas was so enjoyable. And it was so quiet! One warning though - this hotel has A LOT of stairs, sometimes with no railings. I counted 183 steps from my room to the lobby. If you have mobility or health issues that make stairs difficult, I recommend another resort. "

"Wonderful hotel. Clean, well maintained, two great pools and the nicest staff! Loved the punching bags and boxing gloves in the rooms, the bathtub was nice but our water only got luke warm, but was still pretty to look out at the beach. Drinks and food at restaurant are very expensive, but Happy Hour was decent. There are many other options if you walk down the busy Main Street to eat and drink. Great place!"

"We had a wonderful time, it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a garden villa and were happy with how private it was, especially as the surrounding villas weren’t occupied. We almost booked the ocean view villa but the garden villa has more privacy and actually we could still glimpse the ocean from sitting on our font deck. Food was good! A great buffet breakfast with A la carte options. There was a thai food restaurant across the road that we really liked to eat at as well. One thing to note is that the main pool is a beach club daily so has loud house music playing from noon until 7pm which can be heard throughout the entire hotel. There is a quieter pool that we could enjoy. Before the beach club music the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, we had the loveliest mornings and evenings relaxing by the ocean and swimming in the pool. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our 1 year old enjoyed playing with the toys in the kids club room as well. "

"A beautiful, well run boutique hotel. We arrived during a massive storm so didn’t see the hotel at its best, but once the storm had passed the staff worked exceptionally hard to tidy up and put all the furniture back out and it looked great. Breakfast was lovely with cooked to order eggs and a small but lovely buffet of pastries, bread and cereal. Room wasn’t be biggest but beautifully decorated and spotless. Loved my stay here, very relaxing "
