"Nice hotel friendly staff .hotel food was not good"

"The hotel lobby is impressive and has many places to sit and relax, including the Writers Bar. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, particularly our host Stephen who was wonderful. The daily breakfast was outstanding and very well managed by the hard working staff. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we wanted, including a fridge and tea kettle. The hotel is well situated and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see, or organize a cab easily (we never waited more than a minute or two). There are also buses that stop frequently out front. I don't have a single criticism - I would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return again on our next trip to Dublin."

"We had unparalleled service at Ashling, staying there on and off for six days as we also visited other countries. All of the staff were wonderful, but particularly Ricardo and Nacho. If we could bottle their kindness and enthusiasm to help, we would be so lucky. They had us staying in the Family Room which was spacious, incredibly comfortable beds and clean. The water bars on the 1st and 5th floors wee key. We loved our home away from home, Ashling in Dublin."

Room was fantastic and very quiet. Secure doors were a little hard to negotiate or open was the only negative and that is kind of a good thing. Thank you so much for an amazing and relaxing stay. "
