"This is a fantastic accommodation option especially for those who are looking for more space in a city that sells it at a premium. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 6) and the family room was brilliant for us. Incredibly spacious, room to unpack, a pretty much full kitchen, well equipped kitchen, lots of natural light with blackout shades, air conditioning (not in all rooms) and so much space (coffee table and chair, dining table with 4 seats, full size bed and...

"Look, the apartment we booked was lovely and we were ready for stairs. But what we got were stairs that were grossly steep, highly narrow and very very thin in the tread. Three full flights and another in the apartment itself. It was beyond a joke. The sole warning was that there might be stairs nothing about the real nature of them. We had to rent two rooms in the hotel instead which cost us an extra $1700 (AUD). Had we been advised of the real nature of the stairs we'd never have stayed."

"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...
