"What a fabulous hotel. It was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony, no room for a chair though. The mini bar was free and topped up every day. Great selection for breakfast. We had dinner there one night, fish and chips which was so tasy. The bus stop is just round the corner with buses running regularly to Haarlem station, where you can easily get the train into Amsterdam. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again. "

My only issue was when checking in we stood there for an about 5-10 mind with no assistance. There were 6 people at different desk at the front. 1 was helping another guest, the others looked at us then looked back down and did not acknowledge us, one lady actually walked over to the lady helping the other guest and stood on the side watching her...
