"We always booked JR Gate Tower for our stay in Nagoya. Our stay were excellent in the past. This time we booked a room for 4 nights, the bathtub was blocked, the water didn't run through properly. Also, hot water wasn't provided at the sink properly. We had informed the Front Office, however the condition didn't improve."

"시설의 청결함과 직원의 친절도 등에서는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 또한 적당히 넓었으며 시내에 위치해있다는 점도 매우 좋습니다. 그러나 도시락 조식과 실내 조명에서늨 살짝 아쉬웠습니다. 물론 도시락의 맛, 품질은 좋았지만 식당이용이 별개라는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 실내 조명 또한 조금 어두운 편이었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 만족스럽고 편안한 숙박이었음은 자신있게 말할 수 있습니다."
