"I had a very comfortable 7 nights' stay here. Courteous staff and walking distance to great food. I liked the open layout of the toilet, which still provided enough privacy. There are 2 washers and 1 dryer which you can use for free, although my clothes were able to hang dry overnight in the room. "

"A nice hotel with serene surrounding. The trade-off is a short walk to the nearest metro station. Got upsell to a jr suite upon checkin but it is a good deal with the extras in the package. Good service from the staff too. Overall a hassle free experience."

"The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!"
