"We so enjoyed this home for our family reunion!! Family from Georgia, California, Ohio and Oregon stayed in the home. We had our reunion at the home on Saturday. Other family from near hear in Illinois gathered from around. We had almost 50 family from 2-year-olds through 88-year-olds! Got to celebrate my only living uncle's birthday! "This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"Perfect but beware if you are a sensitive sleeper as the mattress on the queen bed is saggy and in need of replacing. Probably fine for 1 person but 2 people easily roll into the middle making for a not-so-good night's sleep."
