Close to the interstate but far enough not to hear it. Gas station, pharmacy and other shops close by, including dinner options for those arriving super later. Side entrance for people with dogs with easy access to stairs and elevator. Breakfast was good with wide range of options; waffle bar, omelet, sausage gravy & biscuits, sausage links, turkey sausage, yogurt, muffins, danishes and cereal. No complaints, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful & clean hotel! Rooms are in the process of being updated bed and pillows are very comfortable and the rooms are very nice! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and helpful! We will stay here every time we visit SIU Carbondale.

Towel bars in bathroom are falling out of the wall. Ice bucket was missing from my room, and remote-controlled window shade needs to come with instructions. Otherwise nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
