"The room itself was amazing! Beautiful and high end. The bonus of the barrel sauna across from our room was lovely. The big disappointment was the deplorable condition of the hot tub. It is cracked and broken, none of the jets work and was only warm. The hot tub did not meet my expectations at all. It needs to be replaced ASAP. "

So she helped us take our bags upstairs & then gave us complimentary muffins which were warm & delicious after our 5 hour road trip.
