"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The villa with the pool was grand, private and beautiful. I just wished the mountain view was not blocked by all the shrubs. I think that was not...

"The property has amazing view of the valley and tea estates, a waterfall within walking distance. The only downside is that it is away from the Munnar town so you need to travel 10-12 kms to reach the town which adds 1.5 hours of travel to your sightseeing. The staff are super friendly and very nice, food is prepared to your order and is tasty."

"The room was clean however the amenities were not well maintained. The property as a whole needs a lot in improvement. No kits were provided in the washrooms for freshening. "

"Excellent Staff, Great Food, and a Beautiful View. Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay."
