"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"Was lovely. Wonderful location. Only thing I'd have liked to see would be cleaner floors. Got lots of dust bunnies on my socks and feet in the room (not the bathroom though!). The fan was perfect, and the breakfast staff were amazing. Lots of positives, especially for the price!"

"The property is in the centre of Vicenza. Most, if not all areas of interest are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel rooms are adequate, in my case, for two people, clean with coffee or tea making facilities. ( it could do with a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.. Breakfast was abundant with a very good selection of savoury and sweet fare. "

"We really enjoyed the easiness to get to, the cleanliness of the room, and the service of the staff. Our first night was a bit of a struggle because we could not figure out the air conditioning but for the second night with help from the staff we got it working. It was very clean. "

"The hotel was nice overall. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has plenty of space and the shower is a good size. The room was serviced and cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great deal at only 5 euro per day. Only issue I had was that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. In fact, when I arrived there Sunday around 6pm, the front door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. I had to call their number and they remotely let me in. They left my room key in an...

"I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and charged the bill to my room. A few hours later the power was shut down in my room. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They stated this was their tactic to get me to come downstairs and see them because my lunch bill was unpaid. Firstly, the bill was paid. In fact my entire stay was paid upfront so this could not be construed as some tactic to skip out on a cheap lunch. Secondly, this is the most unprofessional situation I have ever...

"Gabriella and Fausto are amazing hosts. He is a gentleman and was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. Air conditioning in the room breakfast was available for us in our room 24/7. "The staff were really friendly at the hotel and resolved an incorrect room allocation with no issue. Rooms and food were nice and the hotel had a good vibe about it. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the fact that I had to pay to use the pool on a weekend. It seemed to me there was no one checking other guests after I had paid. It made me feel that some had not paid and were using it for free. The rest of the stay was perfect. "

5 star amenities and great location

"This was my 2nd extended stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Padova. The hotel is in a great location in Padova. Just a few minutes walk to Piazza di Signori, Piazza Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi. There are plenty of restaurants, cafe, bar and pasteserrias within a couple of minutes walk. Basilica di Sant’Antonio is also within walking distance. The entire staff at the hotel are very friendly and happy to assist guests in anyway they can to provide comfort during their stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. You can tell the hotel takes cleanliness and customer service seriously. The only downside is the restaurant menu is limited and does not change, the food is delicious though."
