"Amazing stay! The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained. If you are looking to stay away from the louder ‘party zones of Cabo’, but still want to be in walkable distance to that and the marina, this is the spot. The entire staff, especially Jose went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure we had the best stay. Very attentive, highly recommend. We will definitely be back! "

"Best experience I’ve ever had at a resort. The service was impeccable. Whatever you needed. You could text someone and it was there whether it was water or whether it was room service whether it was a reservation whatever it was, they would do for you and the hotel wasn’t very busy. it was amazing and the room was such an amazing room, and they had a fabulous kitchen and a fabulous view and such wonderful restaurants, and that they even came and gave us a massage in the room. "Property was great. We had very obnoxious intoxicated neighbors first 2 nights, we couldn’t sleep past 3 am with their fighting and yelling. Went to front desk next morning to notify them. They weren’t apologetic but moved us to a diff room, lower level, not much view. Took a couple of hours out of our day. Didn’t get to move our drinks incl champagne as gift. Sad. But still a great place. "

"The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed and important! We loved our room and the view. Wish we could've gotten a higher floor though! Not happy about all of the extra charges on my bill. Such as some foundation charge that I did never agreed to alt and was snuck up in me. They need to put coffee pods with a coffee maker in the suites. That is what was missing. We wished they provided coffee in the rooms like most hotels do. There were a lot of little flying insects in our room that we struggled to get rid of. I also did not like being harassed when we arrived about timeshares. A lady and then a man harassed us in the lobby and both of them got rude when we kept saying no. "

Best deal in Cabo

"Very nice big apartment. Not close to water but has a limited water view. Excellen well furnished modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit. 3 smart tv's and washer & dryer. Roof top pool. Safe underground parking. Long walk to marina. I felt safe in this area. excellent value. "

"Nice building and great communication with host. Host able to acquire 2 pack n play cribs. Main downside for us is that neighborhood is difficult to navigate with small children. Hilly and inconsistent sidewalks. Too far from beach to walk with small kids. Great place and value for adults who enjoy a walk and don't need to be close to beach, or fine with driving/ubering etc. Probably the wrong choice for a family vacation with little kids given the logistics of car seats etc."
