"Amazing service. Alan and Isra from the butler service were each friendly and very helpful. Florinda , waitress at Siempre was fun and on the spot with her service. Francisco, waiter at Quivira Steakhouse made that evening a memorable dining experience. Overall the staff was wonderful, the facilities were beautiful. I look forward to returning! "

LUXURIOUS CONDO, RESORT STYLE AMENITIES, AWESOME OCEAN VIEWS!

"We had a rough welcome into Mexico at the airport. Security was super rude and not welcoming at all. We were all aggravated after getting no sleep and traveling all day. Deny was in touch with us along the way to make sure we found the place. Then..... we pulled up to the condo to do Deny with a huge smile on his face to embrace us. He turned our frown upside down instantly. He was so friendly and helpful that we were able to set the airport aggravation aside. He really make a huge impact on the satisfaction of our stay. The place was beautiful as well. Only negative experience about the stay was that the hottub wasn't hot but we dealt with it. "

"The property was more than what I was expecting. The pool was wonderful and the upgrade was a nice touch. Only negative was the lack of wifi and it was only fixed on my second to last day. Otherwise I will be staying again. "

"This house is amazing. Guido and Gracie did a wonderful job of setting this home up to provide everything you could possibly need. Arturo and Benny where great help prior to and during our stay. Having them reserve a golf cart for the week may seem pricey at first, but I promise you it is worth every penny if you want to enjoy all of the amenities of Pueblo Bonito Resorts. We also had them arrange for a private Chef to come prepare a massive feast, for our family of 11. An incredible experience! From the comfort of your choice of 3 decks, you can experience the best sunrises, Whale watching (binoculars provided in main bedroom), fireworks, and distant city lights. "
