"The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful I really enjoyed my first time staying in Scandic it was a brilliant experience my only issue I had wasn’t the hotel’s fault unfortunately I had someone try to approach to me who was racist. "The only issue when you arrive there the door on street level is locked and code or key actuated. You have to up a massive set of stairs to get to the lobby. Then when you get there they ask why you didn’t use the elevator on street level. After you say it’s locked they say why didn’t you just press ok button twice to call the desk. Well there is no sign that says that or way of knowing that. That needs fixing. Because struggling to luggage up them stairs was horrible"
