"The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Towels were nice and clean. Pool area looked clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel somewhat noisy. When a nearby door slams, the walls shake. The outlet, with the lights, next to the bed was shorted out. I found trash when I moved the table to look for the wall outlet. But overall, good."

"The young lady that checked us in was very polite friendly and helpful. Definitely deserves recognition. We had cancelled one of the rooms we booked but it still showed up as booked so she gave me instructions on who to contact and that I should get a full refund. Within 30 minutes as we were heading out she reached out and said “we got the email of your cancellation and you should be good to go” I was very grateful for getting me full refund. "
