"We stayed here for Christmas 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the village of Rollsby, in a quiet location but still close enough to the main roads leading to supermarkets, pubs and other local attractions. Communication from the owners was both helpful and thoughtful. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our stay (and loads more!) and we were grateful that the owners had also put in the extra effort of adding a Christmas tree, fully laid...

"Couldn't have hoped for anything better, it was exactly as described, and even more beautiful in person. Mel communicated and answered all my questions, we also had Garry on hand all weekend via phone if we needed anything. Group of ladies, so the privacy was perfect, although closest shop was a 10 min drive, we had everything we needed. "

"We were a group of 8 and stayed 6 nights here, the house is absolutely beautiful with loads of space for everyone. It has a great family kitchen, and a huge living area with a table big enough for 10. Only slight criticism would be the double beds' matresses are in need of replacement and a wifi booster is needed to get a signal upstairs. Still awarded full marks though, we had a wonderful stay."
