"A magnificent hotel with stunning views! The room had a well-stocked minibar, was exceptionally clean, and the staff treated everyone with equal warmth and respect. The facilities were top-notch! "I stayed here for 4 days. Overall a good hotel with very comfortable and clean room. The room service to clean the room was really nice and did a good job daily. The front desk ladies during the day were not very friendly and few times I had asked them with directons or to help with Uber drivers (as I had one incident when the Uber driver didn't give me change) and they refused to help. However the guy in the evening was amazing and very helpful. He even helped to open my suitcase when I had lost the key. the hotel area is good and feels safe to walk around during the day. I wouldn't walk around at night especially if solo female. There is a shopping mall 5mins walk which had a supermarket and foodcourt. The breakfast in the hotel was very disappointing; I only ate once as had early start with tours but they did pack me fruits to take away when asked which was great. There was a pool upstairs but it was cold so never used it and it did look a bit run-down. They should consider cleaning or refurbishing it. "
