"Outstanding staff!! Professional, friendly and accommodating! Stayed two nights (arriving then departing Nairobi). Both visits were very nice. The room is spacious, updated and perfectly clean. The restaurant was also very good. Spent money on a gorgeous leather purse in the gift shop. Arranged for the hotel car to take us to the airport ($5.00). Very secure hotel with guards at the gate, the doors and metal detectors upon entry. Definitely will stay here again next year when we return again to...
