"The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

I arrived at the arranged time and entered the building to find an empty stairway, closed doors and a state of renovation inside and outside. Nobody appeared to be on site, except surveillance cameras. Nobody responded when I called a greeting. I sat in the stairway and waited until a painter connected me with someone who guided me over a plastic covered and freshly painted hallway cluttered...

"Hallo, das Personal war sehr nett, wir haben uns schon gedacht, dass wir nicht mit dem Besten rechnen könne. die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet....das Bett war eine Katastrophe, Matratzen total durch, bei jeder Bewegung eine Mega-Gequietsche und der Raum hat eine komischen Geruch...
