"The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

"Die Gastgeberin setzt sich sehr für das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste ein. Erste Etage einer Reihenhauswohnung. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Den Balkon haben wir im Winter nicht genutzt. Angenehm ruhig.Bushaltestelle mit Anschluss an die U-Bahn nach Cannstatt und Stuttgart in wenigen Fußminuten gut erreichbar. "

"There unfortunately is not much good I can say about this property that is not marked as ‘Grüner Baum’. I arrived at the arranged time and entered the building to find an empty stairway, closed doors and a state of renovation inside and outside. Nobody appeared to be on site, except surveillance cameras. Nobody responded when I called a greeting. I sat in the stairway and waited until a painter connected me with someone who guided me over a plastic covered and freshly painted hallway cluttered...

"It isnot a hotel no service and no breakfast. no one to talk to. We had to go to a nearby shop for buying things forbreakfast but there aere no bowls or spoons for cereals, evrything else was OK"

Wir standen immer wieder vor verschlossener Tür oder versuchten Sie telefonisch zu erreichen, oftmals ohne Erfolg. - Leere Bierflaschen/ Dosen im Schrank bei Ankunft - Keine Duschtücher, erst nach mehrfachen Bitten, dann nur eins für 2 Personen für die ersten und letzten zwei Tage - Kaffee/ und Tassen nur nach mehrmaligen Beanstandung aufgefüllt ebenso nicht...

"Room was clean. Bed comfortable and modern bathroom. Owners friendly and helpful on telephone! No extra facilities in room, I.e. refrigerator or coffee machine. Because of public holidays, also nowhere nearby to have breakfast, luckily we had family in the near so did not matter."

"The property was really nice and comfortable. The main problem we had during our stay was that 2 girls next door were putting loud music and talking very loud, I called the number I found online. "Modern rooms that are soundproofed. Being able to rent a guitar and plug it into an amp in the room is very cool. No way to change temperature, though. A real pain during my stay because the weather was warm and I couldn’t cool the room. 2 different shower gels felt like a bit of luxury. Clever idea to have a galley with tea and instant coffee right at the entrance to the floor. Decent location attached to a shopping mall with 2 grocery stores. Slow check-in."

"We booked a total of 7 rooms, we were very happy about the size and the cleanliness for the rooms. Unfortunately, 2 rooms had problems as the neighbor room were very loud as they partied most of the night in the room. We released that the walls are very thin as one of the rooms could hear other rooms having sex. "
