"The A/C and heater were not working. the keys to the room always deactivated. There was a car parked outside our window with the Alarm going off. And the waitress inside spilt hot soup. Nobody even asked about her or offered to comp anything, not even her plate we had to ask for more soup! "

"Excellent property! I loved the vibe and the theme of the hotel. It reminded me of being at coffee shop in San Francisco. We were greeted by Anthony at the front desk & all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the "bunker" room with a nice view on the 7th floor, overlooking the COSI museum. The room was modern, clean, & very comfortable. My toddler discovered on day 2 that there was a hidden mini fridge. Dinner at Little West Tavern was chef's kiss. On night one we had the Skirt Steak & Brussell sprouts (10/10). On night 2 we had the Ny steak, Grits, & cheddar biscuits another 10/10. The Breakfast burrito at Maudine's HUGE & very filling. They also have many coffee offerings. I would definitely recommend this property & visit again, all the way from Southern California!"
