"Positives: new property, no carpet, shower is decent sized and had good water pressure, clean linens, TV had Netflix app, excellent black out drapes, and bed was firm but reasonably comfortable, pool, and pool table in the lobby. Negatives: 0 soundproofing, tons of street noise and you could hear everything in the hotel (this didn't bother me, but it would be awful for a light sleeper), very small space, no freezer in dorm sized fridge, no coffeemaker or microwave in room."

"Was quiet the restaurant for breakfast has a great buffet and very nice staff found a cockroach climbing our wall even took a photo of it reported it to room service and front desk they took my cell number I guess manager wasn’t there but never received call I didn’t expect a free bed but would have been nice to something like a free 9.99 breakfast buffet or something then they never made our room up the next day no new linens towels coffee products so staff nice location great quiet gated...

"The room felt like it was missing furniture. There was no table or ottoman by the chairs. Half of the lights in the room were not working. "The place was clean and modern. Decor was cute. Bed was comfortable. Shower only got lukewarm, but it wasn't awful. Very short walk to the convention center. The only weird part was that you had to re-up your parking every 12 hours, but to get free parking, once I figured out the system, it was easy. I'd definitely stay here again."
