"I filtered the selection to rooms with bath tubs. I even put it in the remarks section before check in. I only found out that there's no bath tub upon entering the room. "While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all.
